Towsley Associates is a regional mechanical consulting engineering firm. We have been in business for more than 18 years and are registered as professional engineers in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.

We provide heating, ventilating, air conditioning and plumbing engineering design services to municipalities, hospitals, educational facilities, architectural firms, local housing authorities, contractors, utility companies and industrial plants.

After the energy conservation measures are identified and the energy savings determined, a construction cost estimate and a payback period are calculated. If the paybacks are reasonable, the client will retain our firm to perform the engineering design work. Most paybacks average between 3 to 5 years, making it a good investment for a company to consider energy conservation.
